Stakeholders
Using Stakeholders
The Stakeholders page lists the healthcare professionals tracked in your project, and each stakeholder's details page brings that person's records, summary, sentiment, and recent activity together in one view.
Where to Find It
Location | What you see |
|---|---|
Under Evidence in the left nav, Stakeholders page | Every stakeholder in the project, with search and filters |
Stakeholder details page | One stakeholder's summary, records, sentiment, and activity |
Similar HCPs in the stakeholder header | Related stakeholders you can open directly |
Opening a Stakeholder's Detail page
- Go to the Stakeholders page.
- Search or filter to narrow the list. Search and filtering work the same way they do on the Records page.
- Click a stakeholder name to open the details page.
- Use the Stakeholders link at the top of the page to return to the list.
Reading the Stakeholder Details Header
The header sits above the tabs and stays visible as you move between them.
- Stakeholder name and stakeholder type
- Total interactions: The number of records associated with this stakeholder
- Efficacy rating and Safety rating: A percentage and trend drawn from the five most recent records that carry efficacy or safety sentiment. Treat these as a recent read, not a full history.
- About: Stakeholder type and location
- Similar HCPs: Click one to open that stakeholder's details page
- Add Label to label the stakeholder
- Add Record to add a record directly for this stakeholder, if your permissions allow it
- Copy link to share the page URL
Two icons in the header do the analysis work:
Icon | What it does |
|---|---|
Crystal ball (Instant Insights Engine™) | Opens a sidebar where you ask a question of this stakeholder's records only |
Lightning bolt (Insight Generator) | Generates a summary of this stakeholder, pinned to the top of the Overview tab |
Working with the Stakeholder Summary
- Click the lightning bolt icon, or click Generate Summary on the Overview tab if no summary exists yet.
- Wait for the summary to appear. Stakeholders with many records take longer.
- Read the condensed summary pinned at the top of Overview.
- Click the expand icon to open the full summary in a sidebar.
- From the summary, you can:
- Copy the content
- Refresh to regenerate it
- Check the creation date
The summary stays on the page after you navigate away or log out, so you do not need to regenerate it on each visit. Refreshing replaces the previous summary. You cannot return to an earlier version, so copy anything you want to keep before you refresh.
The Overview tab also lists Related Topics for the stakeholder.
Finding and Acting on Stakeholder Records
The Records tab lists this stakeholder's records.
- Use Search for a free text search across the records.
- Click Show Filters to open the Filters sidebar. Filters apply while you keep the record list in view.
- Sort by Record Date, Source, or Upload Date.
- Select individual records, or click Select All.
- Choose an action:
- Export to .xlsx or .csv
- Add to a Collection
- Add to an Insight
- Add or remove a Label
Reading the Sentiment Tab
The Sentiment tab shows a stacked bar graph of Scientific Sentiment™ across this stakeholder's records by month. Positive, Negative, and Neutral are stacked in each bar.
- Bars are plotted by record date, not upload date. A record uploaded this month can sit in an earlier bar.
- Hover over a bar to see the count of Positive, Neutral, and Negative records for that month.
- Click a bar to open a sidebar of that month's records. The sidebar shows every record for the month, including records with no sentiment, so the sidebar count can be higher than the bar.
Reading the Activity Tab
The Activity tab shows record activity for the stakeholder. Choose a timeframe:
- Last 7 Days
- Last 30 Days
- Last 90 Days
- All Time
What to Expect
- The summary, ratings, and sentiment reflect only the records in your project for that stakeholder.
- Efficacy and Safety ratings use the five most recent records with that sentiment, so they move quickly and are not a long-term trend.
- Sentiment charts are organized by record date. Recently uploaded historical records change past months.
- Summaries do not update on their own. Refresh after new records are added.
