Getting Started: Preparing for a Stakeholder Call
Where to find it
Open Stakeholders in the left navigation, search for the stakeholder by name, and open their page. Everything in this article happens on that page.
On the Stakeholder details page | What it gives you |

Therapy Resonance Profile | Latest Safety and Efficacy sentiment trends for the stakeholder |
Generate Summary or Lightning bolt icon (Insight Generator) | Generate an MSL pre-call brief for that stakeholder's records. Note: If your project isn't configured to generate pre-call briefs, the platform will generate a stakeholder summary instead. |
Records feed | Every record associated with that stakeholder, including field notes, advisory board content, and publication activity, in one list |

Crystal ball icon (Instant Insights Engine) | An answer to a question you type, drawn only from that stakeholder's records |
Both icons are scoped to the stakeholder you have open. Neither pulls from records elsewhere in the project.
Building the brief
- Go to Stakeholders and search for the stakeholder by name.
- Open their page and scan the record feed for recent activity.
- Click Generate Summary of the lightning bolt icon to generate a summary of their records. This is your starting brief.
- If a summary is already there, click the Refresh icon to regenerate the summary.
- Read the summary. You can click the crystal ball icon and ask a different question if the summary leaves a gap.
A useful follow-up question for call prep: "Based on this stakeholder's interests and questions, what topics would be most relevant for my next interaction?"
Getting better results
The crystal ball answers your question from that stakeholder's records only, so you do not need to name the stakeholder in the question. Spend that space on specifics instead.
Instead of | Ask |
|---|---|
"What do they think?" | "Summarize this stakeholder's questions about second-line treatment sequencing in the last 12 months" |
"Any concerns?" | "List the safety or tolerability concerns this stakeholder has raised, with the record each comes from" |
"What should I talk about?" | "What unanswered questions has this stakeholder raised that I have not yet followed up on?" |
Use the terminology your records use, and split a multi-part question into separate ones.
What to expect
- Answers and summaries come only from that stakeholder's records in your project. Nothing outside is used.
- Weeks without enough evidence appear as gaps, never as zeros.
