Introducing Scientific Sentiment

Extracting meaning from volumes of scientific data is labor- and time-intensive. Quickly locating KOL statements containing positive support or serious concerns is difficult. Measuring the change in how KOLs feel about products over time – especially across multiple channels of communication – has been almost impossible.

To meet this need, we developed Sorcero Scientific Sentiment™  which uses advanced AI models to detect and tag sentiment (positive, negative, or neutral) on safety and efficacy topics across the records in a project. Sorcero Scientific Sentiment overcomes the shortcomings of traditional natural language processing (NLP) and sentiment solutions not built specifically for scientific data.

Unlike off-the-shelf sentiment models and tools, that are targeted toward mostly consumer use cases where a person's sentiment is usually black and white, HCP interactions are often mixed feelings.
